Structural Framework
Precisely engineered precast reinforced concrete elements form the stable backbone of PORR LIVING buildings. This industrial construction method guarantees the highest quality, reduced construction times and a structurally robust, sound-insulated framework.
Exterior Wall
The prefabricated wood-frame walls with integrated windows and sun protection and finished facade cladding, offer excellent climate, sound and moisture protection. The wall elements are manufactured in lengths of up to 12 meters, transported weather-protected and installed directly from the truck on site. For you, this means: living comfort from day one—in high quality.
Interior Walls
The 18 mm-thick, slim, precise, and high-quality interior walls, featuring good sound insulation and maximum flexibility, also provide a noticeable gain in floor space. The walls are easy to maintain, and thanks to their magnetic surface, pictures and accessories can be attached without any drilling.
Doors
The apartment entrance doors, featuring a double-rebated frame with a 4-sided seal and dimensions of 90/220 cm, offer sound insulation of 42 dB and burglary protection class WK3.
For interior doors, surrounding frames in the same color as the room partitions are used. The door frames, with a clear opening of 80/220 cm, are fitted with a perimeter seal.
Ceiling & Floor
The clear ceiling height in the apartments is approx. 2.52 m. All ceilings are made of reinforced concrete and left with a modern exposed concrete finish. The high-quality hardwood flooring creates a cozy atmosphere.
Bathroom/Toilet
The bathroom features high-quality vinyl flooring. The bathroom walls are made of the same material as the room partitions and are therefore low-maintenance and easy to clean. The magnetic surfaces are also advantageous in the bathroom.
The bathroom is also equipped with a countertop sink, a mirror cabinet with LED lighting and a floor-level cast mineral shower with a glass partition. The shower faucet features a water-saving spout. Only high-quality fixtures from Grohe or Villeroy & Boch are used in the bathroom and toilet.
Hot Water Supply
Each apartment has its own energy-efficient mini heat pump, which provides hot water reliably and sustainably. Independent of the central building systems, it operates efficiently, dehumidifies the bathroom and toilet and reduces energy consumption.
Heating and Cooling System
State-of-the-art fan coil units ensure pleasantly tempered rooms year-round—efficiently heated and gently cooled by central air-source heat pumps. Additional infrared panels allow for individual comfort at the touch of a button.
Installation Shafts and Pre-wall
Fully prefabricated utility shafts bundle all lines neat, safe and in a maintenance-friendly manner. This guarantees the highest quality of workmanship and clear, structured building services.
A pre-assembled sanitary module serves as an installation wall element, complementing the system design.
Switches/Smart Home
Modern wireless switches and intuitive smart home features enable smart control of lighting and shading. Light fixtures with motion sensors in wet areas and integrated floor outlets enhance comfort while ensuring efficiency.
Windows/Sun Protection
The built-in windows are floor-to-ceiling, providing each apartment with ample natural light. Should it become too bright, the electric roller shutters can be controlled via a button.
Photovoltaics
Two solar panel modules are integrated in each balcony and supply each apartment with solar power—for greater independence and lower energy costs. The large-scale rooftop solar panel system complements the setup and boosts the building’s overall energy efficiency.
Building Services
Each apartment is equipped with a modern intercom system, which can also be installed as a video intercom upon request. In addition, each apartment receives a media outlet in the living room. All living spaces are equipped with a lighting track on the ceiling, which allows for the fixture of a wide variety of lighting.
