Developed with sustainable materials, such as a wood-frame construction for exterior walls, hardwood flooring and an innovative building services concept featuring heat pumps for hot water and heating.

Our concept is designed so that it can be implemented on almost any building site in Austria and Germany, in urban as well as rural areas. PORR’s in-house planning department, pde integrale Planung GmbH, provides optimal solutions and is an important component of PORR LIVING.
