The modern PORR LIVING concept is not only scalable and expandable but can also be quickly adapted to local conditions.
Flexible floor plan design is therefore possible and can be precisely defined during a personal consultation.

Yes, by using prefabricated system components, we have developed a comprehensive system in which we have optimized the entire process—from the shell construction through fit out to building services. This allows us to reduce construction time by at least 30%.

Yes, thanks to the flexible and optimized construction method, certain parameters of the apartments can be customized upon special request—including underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment.

Due to the use of magnetic wall surfaces, pictures and lightweight objects can be easily attached with magnets without drilling.

After a tour of our model apartment and a consultation appointment in which you depict your vision to us, we can quickly prepare a preliminary design including a cost estimate. Based on this, we’ll proceed with more detailed discussions and planning. Our goal is to deliver a completed project to you as a turnkey contractor.

When selecting our materials, we prioritize durability and sustainability. Upon special request, the project can be DGNB certified.
